Hi, I'm Phyllis Ward. I feel God has called me to the ministry of Christian Fitness Coaching.
1 Corinthians 6:19-20 (NIV) 19Do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own; 20you were bought at a price. Therefore honor God with your body.
My mission is to help you meet and exceed your fitness goals; body and spirit, by being here for you as your Christian Fitness Coach and success partner.
Transform your body and transform you life!
Matthew 18:20 (NIV) For where two or three come together, there I am with them."

A little bit about me
I started in the fitness business in 1981 (part-time) as a fitness instructor. In 1999 I began working with the United States Army in Europe as a Sports and Fitness Specialist. Upon my return to the states in 2000, I took a leap of faith and opened "Expect Success Personal Training." I began a business training my clients in their homes and eventually I evolved into Christian Fitness Coaching.
Presently, I work in Iraq serving the military, implementing sports and fitness programs. I am a writer; author of God's Temple-40 Days to Total Transformation, Christian Fitness Coach, and Personal Trainer. I am dedicated to help you be all you can be.
A little bit about you
1 Corinthians 10:31
So whether you eat or drink or whatever you do, do it all for the glory of God
God has given you a wonderful gift; your health. It would make sense that since our bodies are God's dwelling place; we should take care of our body just as we do our church. If someone were to give you millions of dollars to build a church, of course you would start with a strong foundation so that the church will last through many generations. You would honor and take care of this building. It was after all built to worship God. Why not do the same thing for our bodies?
-
We have a strong foundation to start with, our health and our faith.
-
We have the resources to build and strengthen our temples; faith, action and the word of God.
-
If you didn’t start with good health, do not think you were not meant to receive good health. Start from where you are and build your temple.
-
Do you hear yourself saying, “You’re too old, you’re too fat, you don’t have time.” Hey, being a coach I’ve heard all the excuses. OK, maybe I have used a few of them myself. But, it’s never too late.
Never, never, never give up!
